Order terms

01Prices

Prices on the site are in hryvnias (UAH). The cost of sewing and branding depends on the fabric, the batch size, the method and the number of print areas, so our manager quotes custom orders individually. The final price, quantity, sizes and lead time are set out in the invoice.

The price of ready-made prints is shown on the product page. An order is accepted once the manager confirms the item is in stock.

02How to order

• Send a request through the site, message us on Telegram or call us.
• Our manager clarifies the details, quotes the price and gives a lead time.
• We agree the mockup, fabric, sizes and quantity in writing — in a messenger or by email.
• We send an invoice. Once it is paid, the order goes into production.

The minimum batch for custom sewing is 20 pieces per model. For printing on ready-made garments and souvenirs, we set the minimum quantity per project.

03Payment

Custom orders are made on 100% prepayment after all details are agreed. We accept bank transfers and provide a full set of documents.

Ready-made prints are paid via a link the manager sends after confirming the item is in stock.

04Mockup and sample

We make products according to the approved mockup. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the colours of fabric, thread and ink — this is a property of the materials, not a defect. Garment-dyed items have slightly uneven colour by design.

Before the batch we can make a sample so you can check the fabric and the print. The cost and lead time of the sample are agreed separately.

05Lead times

Custom sewing with branding usually takes 5–15 working days depending on the batch size and complexity. The exact lead time is stated in the invoice and counts from the day of payment and mockup approval.

Ready-made prints are shipped within 1–2 working days after payment.

If anything may delay your order, we will let you know right away.

06Delivery

We agree the delivery method when you order: a delivery service within Ukraine or pickup from our workshop. Delivery is charged at the carrier's rates unless agreed otherwise.

Check the parcel when you receive it: the quantity and that the packaging is intact. If something is wrong, record it with the carrier's staff and let us know.

07If you find a defect

Write to us as soon as possible with your order number, a description and photos. We will review it and offer to remake or replace the item or refund it, in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law.

08Returns and exchanges

Items made to your individual order — with your logo, to your mockup or measurements — cannot be returned or exchanged if they are of proper quality. Ukrainian consumer protection law treats them as goods made to order.

Ready-made prints bought through the site can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the item has not been used and keeps its appearance and tags. The buyer pays for return shipping. We refund the money within the time limits set by law.

09Logos and image rights

By sending a logo or mockup, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We do not check trademark rights and are not liable if a customer infringes them.

We may decline an order if an image breaks the law or infringes other people's rights.

We show finished products in our portfolio and social media only with your consent.

10Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure: martial law and hostilities, prolonged power outages, decisions of public authorities. Lead times shift for the duration of such circumstances, and we let you know straight away.

11Disputes

We always try to settle any issue by talking first — write or call us. If we cannot agree, the dispute is resolved under the laws of Ukraine.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. An order that has already been paid follows the terms in force on the day of payment.
