This is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian text prevails.
This page explains what data tserich.com receives and what we do with it. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
01What data we receive
Only what you send us yourself through the request form:
- your name and phone number;
- your preferred way of contact and email — if you ask us to reply by email;
- your message, the items from your cart, the page you sent the request from and how you found the site — an ad tag or the referring site;
- a mockup or logo file, if you attach one.
02Technical data
Like any website, the hosting server briefly logs technical request data: IP address, browser type, time and page address. The site cannot work or be protected from attacks without it.
Your cart is stored only in your browser and does not reach us until you send a request.
How you found the site is remembered by your browser for 30 days and reaches us only together with a request — this is how we see which ads work.
03Why we need it
To reply to you, quote and fulfil your order, send the invoice and documents, and meet legal requirements such as accounting.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising or send newsletters without your separate consent.
04Who may have access
Only our managers see the requests. To run the site and handle requests we use services that store data on their servers on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting;
- Telegram — notifying our managers about new requests;
- Google — the request log, the mockup folder, our work email and, with your consent, Google Analytics;
- delivery services and our bank — your name, phone and address when we ship an order or accept payment.
Some of these companies have servers outside Ukraine, including in the EU and the USA.
Souvenir photos load from our supplier's website, so its server sees the technical request data like any other website.
We disclose data to public authorities only where the law expressly requires it.
05How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer your request and fulfil the order and warranty obligations, and for as long as the law requires. If you ask, we will delete it sooner, except for data we must keep by law.
06Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful. It is turned on only after you click “Allow” in the cookie notice. Google then stores _ga cookies in your browser for up to two years. The statistics are anonymised and not linked to your request.
You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored only in your browser.
07Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you can:
- find out what data we hold about you, where it came from and why;
- get a copy of your data;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- withdraw your consent to processing or to analytics cookies;
- object to processing;
- complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.
To exercise these rights, write to us by email or on Telegram. We will reply within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
08Security
The site works only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only the staff who need it for work can see requests, and the transfer of requests to our log is protected with a secret key.
09Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the version date at the top.
